Order processing

After having received your text, I will immediately submit a detailed offer. A small extra charge will be made, if the documents have to be scanned or formatted. 

The offer is valid for four weeks. 

On request, I will sign a non-disclosure agreement. With larger projects, I will keep you updated regularly on the translation process. I will send the finished translation by email or fax. I can also burn a CD and/or send you the printed document (against a small extra charge). 

Shortly after you have received the finished translation, I will invoice you either by post or as pdf-document. Payment should be made within 14 days. Payment for long-term projects will be made on the basis of a monthly intermediate invoice. 

Complaints must be made within 14 days. After this time, the translation is considered as accepted.
